Do you think evolution is positive ?

Well the concept of evolution can be applied to many different situations. Biologically speaking I believe our ability to assess our existence is positive because it paves the way for many other types of evolution, such as culture, which you are speaking of. Today's culture has evolved in an interesting way in which the gaining of wealth and fortune seem to be a main goal to many. This goal sets others on deferring paths to obtain this goal. Whether someone tries to gain money by treating patients with medicine or by construction weapons of war, the goal remains the same and our society warps how one tries to reach it. When the majority of people understand that fact that we must work together to survive, then I believe our cultural evolution will have been positive. Myself and many other are trying to get everyone on the same page when it comes to the problems of societies current goal of gaining wealth. I just hope we can all understand each other before its too late.
