What will i get for felony assault on a minor?

Last night i pushed a girl to the ground after she was in my face talking a bunch of stuff and yelling, and i guess she was sixteen so an officer summoned me to appear in court july 17th and i am planning on getting a lawyer, this is my first offence as an adult but i do not want to have to go to jail. If it's probation, would it be supervised or unsupervised? please help!
