Will the hospital report a 4 wheeler accident to cps?

cps has been called to my sons house before. (kids being left home alone and unsupervised). this last call was about a month ago. this month he had a 4 wheeler wreck and had to go to the ER. he broke his collar bone. my son is 9 and on a 4 wheeler way too big for him(450cc). after he wrecked he tried to go inside and get help, but he couldnt make it. the only reason anyone noticed is bc his sister seen him laying in the yard. im worried about what is going on at my sons house. hes not being properly supervised. will the hospital report this wreck to cps?
